Additional Property Attributes

Based on October 2009 SARA, no surface or significant groundwater impacts were revealed based on assessment activities. Shallow soils remain impacted with metals, PAHs and debris.

Former Use: Site is part of a large municipal complex. The complex originated from in-fill of submerged lands. Apparent fill incoporated debris. The study area focused on the recreational ball field due to reported incidents of exposed debris.
