Additional Property Attributes

Based on IRA report prepared in September 2008 which summarized previous source removal and assessment activities, previous removal activities appeared to be successful based on low-level impacts which remained on-site. The report recommended consideration of institutional and engineering controls.

Former Use: Property is currently developed as professional baseball complex. Portions of the site had been historically used for a Home Depot facility, local baseball team complex and for landfill activity.
