Additional Property Attributes

The project property supported the adjacent rail line in the 1900�s. It has also been used for light industrial and commercial purposes. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. Following remediation, the site will be renovated to create student housing to service nearby Youngstown State University. Five full-time equivalent jobs are expected to be created upon the completion of this project.

Former Use: The project property supported the adjacent rail line in the 1900�s. It has also been used for light industrial and commercial purposes. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. The property has had numerous owners including the State of Ohio, City of Youngstown, and a parking services company.
