Former Use: The subject site is a residential lot approximately 0.19 acres in size. The site consists of an undeveloped grassy/ wooded lot with a small domestic garden located on the western portion. The site was labelled as swamp/ marsh land in historical documents. No evidence of chemical use or storage were noted. No signs of stained soils, stressed vegetation, or dumping were observed. The site is currently owned by The City of Houston.
