Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Site was developed in 1981 when the previous owner constructed the front portion of the building located on the subject property 20,000 square feet. He used the building for general storage associated with his adjacent equipment sales business. In 1990, a second addition was made to the south rear of the building adding shipping docks and additional warehouse space, and bringing the size of the building to its present day 47,700 square feet. The previous owner indicated that after using the property for his own warehousing purposes for a few years, he began a long term lease with Sealed Power later Dana. Sealed Power used the site to store and re-package finished products and ship them to various customers. There was reportedly no manufacturing activities conducted on the property and the site was used solely for storage, packaging and shipping.
