Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was comprised of vacant vegetated land from at least 1938 until 1967 when an ice cream shop and miniature golf course was constructed. The ice cream shop was remodeled into an office building in 1990. In 1994 the former building was demolished and the current building was constructed. Notable occupants have included: Yum Yum Ice Cream Shop/Mini Golf Course 1972-1987, Rainbow Depot Restaurant 1987, and Bosgraaf Builders 1990-2008.
