Located in downtown Zeeland

Former Use: The subject property has contained a light/industrial manufacturing building since at least 1889. In addition a blacksmith was located on the subject property in 1889. Between 1889 and 1895 operations included wagon manufacturing and blacksmithing. Between 1895 and 1992 many additions were made to the subject building and/or outlying buildings i.e. oil house, storage building, etc. Operations between 1895 and 1992 mainly consisted of furniture manufacturing. Since 1992 the subject property has been occupied by an office furniture repair and retail business and has been utilized as a warehouse for storing bulk furniture.
