Additional Property Attributes

"Parcel A-Parcel A has consisted of undeveloped land since at least 1938. Parcel B-Parcel B consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1938 until between 1938 and 1950 when a commercial building Building 1 was constructed. In the early 1970s a residential dwelling was constructed on Parcel B. The residential dwelling remained on Parcel B until it was demolished in 1997. Further, since the late 1970s or early 1980s, the commercial building on Parcel B has been operated as a used car dealership. It is important to note that commercial operations within Building 1 on Parcel B are unknown from the first known development between 1938 and 1950 and the late 1970s to early 1980s. It is AKT Peerless� opinion that this is a significant data gap. Further, unknown commercial operations on Parcel B from the first known development between 1938 and 1950 and the late 1970s to early 1980s represent a REC to the subject property. More data on remaining parcels available elsewhere in this profile.

Former Use: Parcel C-Parcel C consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1938 until the early 1970s when a residential dwelling was constructed. The residential dwelling remained until 1995 when the residential dwelling was demolished. Further the northern portion of Parcel C was paved between 1997 and 2005. Parcel D-Parcel D consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1938 until approximately 1970 when Building 2 was constructed. Additions to Building 2 were constructed in 1990 and 1997. Parcel E-Parcel E consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1938 until between 1968 and 1974 when portions of Parcel E were paved. Parcel F-Parcel F consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1938 until between 1968 and 1974 when portions of Parcel F were paved. In 1988 Building 4 was constructed and in 1997 Building 5 was constructed. Parcel G-Parcel G consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1938 until between 1992 and 1997 when portions of Parcel G were paved. Parcel�s H, I, J, K, and L-Parcel�s H, I, J, K, and L have consisted of undeveloped land since at least 1938. "
