Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was orginally developed as early as 1883 with the existing subject building. From that time until approximately 1956 the subject property operated as a grocery store and a residential dwelling. From approximately 1956 through 1969 the subject building was occupied by Murray R. White photography studio, and in 1974 by the Paris photography studio. From the late 1970s through the early 1980s, the subject property was operated as a gift store, and was occupied by U-Neek Shop 1979, The Wildlife Place 1984, and the Side Door Shop 1984. In 1987, the subject building was converted into a beauty salon on the 1st floor, and a concrete floor was poured in the basement for additional beauty shop space. The 2nd floor has remained residential since the buidling was constructed.
