Additional Property Attributes

A public-private partnership is studying acquisition of the property as part of a proposed project involving the construction of a new facility. The propsed structure includes a hotel, community center, and city hall. Contamination found but not requiring cleanup.

Former Use: The property contains a three-story, brick building constructed in 1890. The building contains 3,472 square feet of space with a full basement. The structure also has a 264 square-foot addition. The property has contained commercial development since its initial development. Past uses include a saloon, a saloon/barber, and a hotel. The property currently contains first floor commercial space and upper-level apartments.
