Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA completed in 2011, this property has RECs per ASTM E1527-05. RECs include both on-site and off-site historical land use. On-site: former junk yard, former retail gas station, former ice company/cannery. Off-site: former auto salvage and retail gasoline facilities.

Former Use: Property is currently an undeveloped parcel located adjacent to the Encore development area of Tampa. History has included auto salvage/junk yard, retail gasoline facility, and portion of a ice company/cannery. The property was acquired by the City of Tampa in the late 1960's - early 1970's as part of urban renewal efforts.
