Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in November 2011, REC's have been identified based on ASTM E1527-05. On-site REC is based on lack of documentation related to a former UST specifically identifying location. Assumed location is in close proximity to a former "known" tank. However, further investigation is warranted. Off-site RECs include adjacent auto salvage and auto repair facilities.

Former Use: Property is a vacant former trucking terminal/transfer facility since the 1960's. Prior to that, it was residential.
