Additional Property Attributes

The property is located in downtown Springfield, MO, section 23, township 29 North, Range 22 West. The site currently is a vacant commerical property located in an area comprised of commercial, vacant, and residential properties. The size of the property is .60 acres. The total building square footage is over 41,600 square feet and it divided into five sections.

Former Use: The building was built in 1899. Currently it is divided into five parts. One part is owned by a third party which is utilizied to store theater props, the other is used as Springfield Tire Exchange, the other is storage, and the other two are emtpy. The property has been developed since the late 1800's. Its occupants included a tire company, automotive repair shops, distribution companies, retail shops, beverage companies, farm supply stores, feed stores, and a planing mill.
