Former Use: The Site is a vacant parcel of land. Asphalt and concrete surfaces remain on the northern portion of the Site. Topography of the Site is generally flat. A vacant one-story building was previously located on the site and appeared to be a former auto body repair facility. The Site was also known to have operated as a repair facility and gas station, and had previously contained underground storage tanks.
