Additional Property Attributes

The subject site is located on and owned by America's Central Port formerly known as Tri-City Regional Port District. The subject building is currently unused, but was built by the U.S. military for use as a storage/utility building. The Port has plans to demolish the structure in order to redevelop the area commercially. Approximately 204 S.F. of ACM was discovered in the northeastern office area of the subject building in the form of 12'X12' floor tile.
