To assist with redevelopment of this property, a supplemental groundwater sampling event was performed to address potential dissolved-phase lead impacts previously identified in a limited area of shallow groundwater. The supplemental sampling event revealed no lead impacts either filtered or unfiltered above laboratory method detection limits. As such, no additional assessment was recommended, and no agency notification was required.
