Additional Property Attributes

The site is located at 2238 & 2248 CR 5500 in Coffeyville, Montgomery County, Kansas. The site is approximately 8.5 acres of land that has been improved with three residential structures, four storage sheds, one car port, and one garage. The site is currently used for residential purposes.

Former Use: Based on a review of the historical information, the site has been utilized as a farmstead since approximately 1901. One residential structure was developed on site in 1901 and storage sheds were built on site in 1930, 1940, and 1950. One mobile residential structure was brought to the property in 1999. The surrounding properties have historically been utilized as agricultural land. According to Ms. Merriman owner, there are oil/gas wells located on the surrounding properties. Railroad tracks were identified along the southeast border of the site from 1905 to 1985.
