Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 2 acres of land developed with an approximately 5,000 square-foot metal pole building with two vehicle service bays and a small office. Exterior portions of the Property are mostly covered with asphalt pavement, gravel and grass. The Property is serviced by electricity, propane gas, a private water well, and an on-site septic system. The surrounding area is primarily residential and agricultural however, some commercial properties are located along Northland Drive.

Former Use: The Property was developed for residential use by 1938, the date of earliest available records for the Property. The Property remained residential until the mid-1980s. As of 1986, the residential structures were removed and a metal pole building was constructed on the Property. Subsequent operations on the Property included vehicle sales light manufacturing and automobile, farm equipment, and heavy equipment repair. Occupants included Certified Truck Services, Custom Fabrication aluminum, wire, and cable, Leschuck Construction, Reactor Manufacturing and D&D Equipment and Repair, LLC diesel equipment sales and repair.
