Additional Property Attributes

New owner purchased the site and after assesement the property was sold to another owner. To date no redevelopment has occurred (2/5/2014).

Former Use: Site developed since the 1920s as a barber shop and a tire and vulcanizing store. In the 1930s the current commercial building was constructed and used as a salon, tire company, hatchery, clock sales/repair, real estate offices, photography studio, organ repair facility, and as storage for the WCCO television station. Records show an oil burner onsite since at lease 1939 and two leaking fuel tanks were replaced in 1954. The Site building occupies the entire property and is currently vacant.
