Additional Property Attributes

Property is portion of new retail development including a Dicks Sporting Goods. Assessment Grant funded planning and obtaining WDNR approval for petroleum-impacted soil re-depositing onsite under new paved parking lot and groundwater monitoring of trace chlorinated VOC impacts to document natural attenuation. Redevelopment increased property value by about $20M.

Former Use: Property was originally developed for agricultural use. A former auto dealership (circa 1970 through 1980s) and go-kart track (1990s) were subsequently developed on the property.
