Additional Property Attributes

"Property developed with a former truck dealership and a small separate retail building. Assessment grant funded quick-turn Phase I update and Phase II, which documented trace levels of petroleum-related impacts. The WDNR issued a No Action Required determination based on the trace level of impact. The assessment helped the owner position the site for future sale and redevelopment."

Former Use: The truck dealership building was constructed circa 1970s and the smaller separate retail building in 1995. Property was apparently undeveloped or developed for agricultural use prior to that time.
