"Property was redeveloped from a business incubator mostly multiple small manufacturers and service businesses into a restaurant in 2009 through partial demolition, impacted soil removal, and renovation of portions of the original building. The Village of Ashwaubenon worked closely with the prior owner Advanced Business Development Corp. to obtain state funds to facilitate environmental assessment of the site which ultimately lead to a property transfer to a private business which redeveloped the site. Through the redevelopment, one WDNR case was closed, but one remains open pending additional monitoring by the owner to demonstrate natural attenuation. EPA funding helped obtain limited data to support closure of one of the WDNR cases and was leveraged by the new owner to obtain a WI Dept of Commerce grant 250,000 for further site cleanup during redevelopment. "

Former Use: The property was originally developed by a construction company and a pool builder in the early 1960s. The construction company went out of business in the early 1960s. The property was acquired by Advance Business Development Corporation (non profit corporation) and converted into a business incubator in the 1980s. Numerous small manufacturers and service/repair businesses occupied portions of the property from the 1980s through the early 2000s. In 2009, the current owner redeveloped the property into a restaurant.
