Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on information obtained during the Phase I ESA, the earliest available record for the subject property was the 1938 aerial photograph and the property had already been developed. As a result, the use of the subject property prior to 1938 could not be determined. The earliest reported known use of the subject property was as a gasoline service station with rental cabins that started sometime around the 1950�s. The gasoline service station reportedly operated until sometime in the late 1950�s. Since the closing of the gasoline service station, the subject property has reportedly been utilized as a private residence with an adjacent garage, an office building, and four rental cabins. Since 2009 the subject property has reportedly been vacant. At the time the Phase I ESA site reconnaissance activities were completed on May 5, 2010, the subject property.
