Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: There was known existing contamination on the property associated with three one waste oil and two gasoline former underground storage tank leaks and a sump. These problems have reportedly been addressed with oversight by the local agency. There is strong suspicion of other contamination associated with the other uses of the property. The property has been used for automotive related uses since the 1970�s including sales, service, body shops, paint shops, detail shops, hazardous material storage, hazardous waste storage, sumps and wash racks. There are also many drains and hydraulic lifts located within the service bays.
