Additional Property Attributes

Pike Utilities operated both a water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plant from approximately 1971 to 1987. Prior to utility land use, the south portion of the site had historical agricultural land uses. Since demo of the utility in 1987, the site has been vacant. Remnants of the former plant remain as of December 2011. Metals impacts to soil and groundwater have been confirmed on-site arsenic, copper, aluminum and iron. Interim source removal has included approximately 500 tons of impacted soils.
