Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in December 2011, RECs have been revealed related tot he historical land use of the subject site as an auto service facility. Subsurface impacts have been documneted within the boundaries of the site.

Former Use: Site is currently developed/vacant. Historical land use has included auto sales/service facilities, a retail gasoline station and residential land uses.
