Additional Property Attributes

This potential redevelopment site includes approximately 12 acres of a 61 acres site that was used as a golf course from the 1920's to the early 2000's. The site represents a significant redevelopment opportunity in a high priority area along the border between Lansing and East Lansing. Contaminants include heavy metals associated with historic use of fungicides. The requirement for institutional and/or engineering controls will depend on the ulimate re-use of the site, which is anticipated to be a mix of residential, retail, commercial, and recreational.

Former Use: The property was used as a golf course from the 1920's to the early 2000's.
