Additional Property Attributes

The Walker Building built in the early 1900�s was vacant for several years, and was once used for various commercial operations. The property owner is redeveloping the historic two-story structure into a mixed-used development. The first floor of the building is being rehabilitated to facilitate use by commercial retail and office tenants that would be able to capitalize on the building�s location at the intersection of N. Washington Ave and Grand River Ave. The second floor is being renovated into five one-bedroom apartments.

Former Use: The historic Walker Building was built in the early 1900�s and has been used for numerous commercial operations, and has been owned by numerous parties.
