Additional Property Attributes

The 2.5 acre empty lot along E. Saint Louis Street is the target property. The lot is populated with grass and evidence of gravel fill in some areas. There is an improved asphalt sidewalk running north-south across the west portion of the site.

Former Use: The 2.5 acre empty lot along E. Saint Louis Street is the target property. The lot is populated with grass and evidence of gravel fill in some areas. There I an asphalt sidewalk running north-south across the west portion of the site. Historically, the site was residential until commercially developed in approximately 1950. The site contained an automotive sales and service facility from the early 1950�s and was further developed with a Greyhound Bus terminal. The adjacent properties have been used for various commercial and industrial purposes. To the south, there was a filling station in 1950.
