Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was developed with an opera house/grocery store building as early as 1884 and up to 1900, when a fire at the site burned the building down. A new building was reportedly constructed in 1900, which was occupied by various department stores, offices, and residential spaces up until around the mid-1980s, at which point the site was unoccupied. the building on the site was renovated around 1990 and until recently had been used as an assisted living retirement home Senior American House.
