Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of one 1 parcel containing 2.92 acres and located on the west side of Aurelius road Figure 1. The property is occupied by a 19,467 square foot building which was constructed in 1969 Figure 2. The building contains an office area in the northeastern portion of the building and service garage areas in the remainder of the building. Concrete pavement is present directly north, east, and west of the building, and groomed grass is present on the western portion of the property. Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred in 1969, with the construction of the current building. Historical records document the subject building was formerly occupied by a service garage associated with the operations of a former excavating company that also occupied the north adjoining property from at least 1969 until the early 1980s. The operations on the subject property and the north adjoining property were separated in the mid-1980s. From at least 1989 until 2006, the subject property was occupied by a truck equipment installation company, including installation of customized truck bodies, including assembly and welding activities, and limited installation/repair of hydraulic equipment.
