Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in December 2011 revealed the potential for asbestos-containing materials in the on-site structure. A geophysical survey is recommended to rule out any unregistered underground storage tanks associated with extensive historic land use residential and commercial, and to locate the documented artesian well.

Former Use: At the time of the Phase I ESA, the site was a vacant auto dealership sales only. Hisotric land use included commercial including a bottling works and residential.
