2024: Phase I ESA completed - RECs identified per ASTM E1527-21 (organochlorine pesticides). Phase II ESA completed to address/determine the extent of organochlorine pesticides only. Dieldrin and chlordane Impacts were identified in soils, with dieldrin also found and groundwater samples above State cleanup target levels.
