Additional Property Attributes

ASTM Phase II Conducted in 2006, and petroleum-related constituents found in excess of MassDEP reportable concentrations. Supplemental investigation and risk characterization conducted in 2011 indicated that a condition of No Significant Risk was evident and a Class B-1 RAO was filed in January 2012. Site is considered ready for reuse, with no restrictions on potential future use.
