Additional Property Attributes

The redevelopment of the property as the Eastside Emporium Plaza will assist with the revitalization of east Jacksonville and will help to combat blight. The project will address several community need, including eradicating a food desert and providing much needed jobs to the community. Community involvement has and will continue to be a key component of redevelopment for the site. Update (7/9/18)----There will be no accomplishment counted for this site. The site was never developed into a commerce center as proposed; therefore a SRCO cannot be issued.
