Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is vacant land with a concrete pad near the northwest corner where a former repair building was located. A small two-story bridge control building is located just west of the concrete pad. In the late 19th and early 20th century, the subject property operated as a saw mill and lumber yard. In the mid-1900s, the subject property was developed with an office building, a truck repair building, and a concrete mixing plant and hopper. At that time, St. Clair Construction & Materials Co. occupied the property and then Blue Water Concrete Co.
