Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA conducted in January 2012 per ASTM E1527-05, RECs have been identified related to the site's historical land use as a retail gasoline and auto repair facilty, and adjacent/nearby historical land uses that also included retail gasoline and auto repair activity. A Phase II ESA completed in April 2012 revealed soil and groundwater impacts related to historical site use, and potential off-site sources. Impacts included VOCs and petroleum-range hydrocarbons. A supplemental assessment was performed as part of site demolition in August 2012 to address potential impacts related to the hydraulic lifts. Assessment included the removal of three lift structures. No impacts were found related to the former lift structures.

Former Use: The subject site is currently an inactive gasoline/auto repair/car wash facilty. Historical land use included an additional gas/service station on the site's southeast corner.
