Additional Property Attributes

After doing a Phase II Assessment at 1901 Euclid, the owners were able to successfully remove a UST which helped to sell the property. The property was sold to Appleton Furniture Store, an adjacent commercial property to the west, adding redevelopment leveraging to the property. The estimated redevelopment acreage is .26. They built a brand new show room to expand their business, and added 4 new employees. It is unknown what they may do with the rest of the site but most likely they wouldl expand their existing business with furniture manufacturing, storage or parking.

Former Use: This property is currently a vacant lot on one of the main streets in Helena. At one time this property was a gas station. The tanks, although closed properly at the time, are still in place.
