Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Pattern House has historically been a part of the Caird property which is also a Brownfields site. The property was purchased by Caird in 1898 and used as a storage warehouse for the foundry's wood patterns. The railroad ran along the south boundary and a petroleum bulk plant adjoined it on the west. The site may have metals and/or petroleum impacts similar to the Caird property. the site was purchased from Caird Engineering in 1994, and changed ownership again in 2006. The property has been for sale for quite some time, an offer has been made pending the results of our assessment.
