Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property, a portion of the former Flats East entertainment district, is developed with restaurants, bars, night clubs, and surface parking lots. At the time of the reconnaissance, most of the buildings were unoccupied and vacant. Land use surrounding the Property is primarily commercial. Additional night clubs, retail establishments, restaurants, and office space are located along the both sides of Old River Road, south of the Property. Offices and apartments are located along West 9th Street, on the east of the Property. The Cuyahoga River is located southwest of the Property. Railroad tracks are located north of the Property.
