Additional Property Attributes

The Site is developed with three concrete slab one-story buildings. According to the Assessor Cards for the Site, Building 1 was built in 1957 and consists of 16,704 square feet. Building 2 was built in 1950 and consists of 2,688 square feet. Building 3 was built in 1957 and consists of 20,952 square feet. The three buildings are listed as formerly heated by natural gas and were constructed for manufacturing and light industrial purposes. Portions of the buildings are currently heated with a combination of natural gas, wood-burning stoves, waste oil furnaces, fuel oil furnaces, or are unheated. The Site is connected to municipal sewer and water. Domestic trash is collected in an onsite dumpster. Building 1 is currently utilized as a private automobile repair and restoration facility, East Coast Machine, and Cardinal Express Inc. Building 2 is currently utilized as miscellaneous storage and as a hobby shop to repair and restore the tenant�s personal cars. Building 3 is occupied by Tradon Fabrication. The exterior areas of the Site consist of paved parking areas. Vehicle access to the Site is via Old Broadway East.
