Additional Property Attributes

Following completion of the assessment activity at the end of 2012, the property was sold to a landscaping company that uses the site for its offices and storage.

Former Use: The property operated as a gas station for the l950's until the early l980's. It has sat underutilized for many years. As part of the Phase II, a tank was removed in accordance with DEP regulations. No further remedial action is required. Although, when/if any escavation for new construction occurs on the site, any excavated soil would likely be handled as waste.
