Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of a 0.23-acre parcel of land located at 515 North Colony Street in the Town of Wallingford, New Haven County, Connecticut. The Site is developed with a one-story concrete and cinderblock building with a partial basement. The building was reportedly constructed in 1950 and consists of approximately 3,700 square feet. The building consists of a sales area, two automobile service bays, parts storage, and a basement. The sales area is heated by an oil burning furnace and the service area is heated by a waste oil burning furnace. The Site is connected to municipal sewer and water. Domestic trash is collected in an onsite dumpster. The Site is currently utilizes by Patriot Motors as an automobile sales and automobile repair facility. Patriot Motors conducts minor automobile repairs and reportedly does not conduct auto body work on Site. The exterior areas of the Site consist of paved parking for both customers and vehicles for sale. Vehicular access to the Site is via Cass Avenue. The site is being marketed to be resold for a more productive reuse.
