Additional Property Attributes

Cleanup of property included removal of two USTs and a hydraulic lift, as well as excavation and backfill of areas with lead concentrations above state RECAP standard. Property will be used as outdoor space for classes at adjoining wooden boat center and as recreational space for community festivals.

Former Use: Property was previously used to support automotive repairs at the contiguous Ford dealership. Property has two USTs and an hydraulic, which were removed in the cleanup.
