Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is occupied by an approximately 8,000-square-foot building, which consists of three interconnected portions the North, Central, and South Buildings that were constructed at different times between approximately 1910 and before 1973. The site has been used for a number of purposes, including an automobile repair/painting facility, a service station, an automobile dealership, an auto parts dealership, a leather shop, a T-shirt shop, residence, and possibly a dry cleaning facility. A large vacant area at the east side of the site was used for storage of partially dismantled vehicles and other debris.

Original buildings removed 2016-2017. A new office building, park, and parking lots were constructed by 2018.
