Additional Property Attributes

The building is approximately 8,800 square feet with a couple of garages capable of engine repairs with lifts.

Former Use: Mr. Martinez, current site owner, has been associated with the site since he purchased the property in 2001. According to Mr. Martinez, the site originally was developed with an old gas station that was removed in the 1950s. Following the gas station and until Mr. Martinez purchased the site, the site was used as a GMC Truck Dealership that conducted automotive repair services; this included marine/boat service repairs. Mr. Martinez stated that since he purchased the site, he has used the site to conduct automotive repairs and tow services until recently, at which time the facility has been vacant. Mr. Martinez stated that at the time he purchased the site, the building was very dirty with a lot of oil material across the floor of the building. Mr. Martinez indicated the northeast corner of the building was reported to him as the original building from the previous gas station. A small room was observed in the northeast corner of the current-day building. The USTs, associated with the former gas station, were reported to Mr. Martinez as being removed.
