Additional Property Attributes

The 351 N. Boonville property is comprised of 2 plots of land. The first is the property with the building located on site, and the second is a grass-covered lot that adjoins 351 N Boonville to the south. Both of the properties are owned by Ronald and Marilyn Hunter. The lot with the building on it is .11 acres and the building has a total of 4,600 sq ft. The building is currently operated as a Country Corner Clothing retail store. The site has been developed since 1884. The southern lot was also developed in the past but now stands empty. Jordan Creek flows along the southern boundary of the sites. A box culvert was installed between 1910 and 1933 that covered the Creek at the site. The surrounding area is primarily commercial with light industrial. Also, a railroad line borders the subject property to the north. To the west/southwest of the site is a surface parking lot.
