Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase 1 ESA conducted in February 2012, no RECs have been identiifed related to the site. The scope includes a limited asbestos survey to be performed in the near future last week of February in anticipation of renovation of the structure. This does not warrant additional environmental investigation soil and groundwater testing. This property is immediately adjacent to the former CarPro site, which was undergoing active remediation. Previous assessment related to the Car Pro contamination revealed no impacts migrating to the subject site.

Former Use: Site was undeveloped until the late 1970's. Since development, site has been used exclusively for general office facilities.
