Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was developed as a marina. Four conjoined buildings i.e., the main subject buildings are located in the westernmost portion of the Subject Property that include a store, a hangar/maintenance building, and two warehouses. Ferry boats are built in the warehouse buildings. Boat construction operations include welding, tooling, sanding, and painting. A swimming pool and associated pump house and club house are located north of the western buildings and a children�s play area is located west of these buildings. A pier is located on the easternmost portion of the Subject Property. An old steam ship is permanently docked along the west side of the eastern pier and is used as the Keewatin Maritime Museum. Buildings and structures located on and near the eastern pier include a snack bar with offices and restrooms, a storage building with restrooms, a lift station, an office building/art studio, and a lighthouse. Paved parking areas are located in the western portion of the Subject Property unpaved parking/boat storage areas are located in the central and eastern portions of the Subject Property. Boat lifts are located in the northwestern portion of the Subject Property. Boat docks and slips are located along the northern boundary of the Subject Property.
