Additional Property Attributes

Construction is in progress on a four story app 44572 sq ft mixed use building. The top three floors will consist of approximately 20 apartments and the bottom floor will be commerical. Construction will provide approximately 70 jobs in the various trades. Upon completion long term 45 jobs will be created in the commercial service and retail field in addition to residential management jobs.

Former Use: The site is the location of a former gasoline and service station which was constructed in approximately 1947. The underground storage tanks were removed in 1999 under Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation guidelines and was approved closure. The site was then used as an automobile service station until 2006.
